Established in 2007, SOLE Materials operates production, refinement and sales business for specialty gas for semiconductors and displays.

In February 2020, Hansol Chemical took over the specialty gas division of Hana Materials and the company aims to grow into a state-of-the-art chemical material company by promoting various new businesses in electronical materials for semiconductors and displays based on the existing specialty gas business.
